Former Use: Standard and other historical sources were able to document that the subject property was residential until the dwellings were demolished between 1945 and 1949. A warehouse building was constructed in the eastern portion of the subject property in 1950 with an addition constructed to the western portion of the building between 1950 and 1952. The warehouse building was demolished and the current building was constructed in the same building footprint in 1977. A railroad spur transected the western portion of the subject property in a north to south direction from at least 1950 until at least the 1970s. The subject property was historically associated with the east and south adjoining properties (identified as 707 and 700 Lewiston Avenue, respectively) which were owned by various bulk oil storage companies. The operations on the subject property consisted of automobile service operations, fueling operations, laboratory and chemical mixing operations, and general warehousing.
