Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Standard and other historical sources document that the eastern and central parcels, identified as 323 and 335 East Walled Lake Drive, were developed in at least 1940 with two dwellings and a garage. The dwellings and garage were demolished in 2007 and eastern and central parcels have remained vacant land. The western parcel, identified as 307 East Walled Lake Drive, was developed in at least 1940 with a dwelling. The former dwelling was demolished and a gasoline service station was constructed between 1956 and 1961. Gasoline service station operations ceased and the former USTs and dispenser islands were removed from the property in 1995. The former building remained vacant until demolition in 1998, and the eastern parcel has remained vacant land since that time.
