Additional Property Attributes

Former manufacturing facility with multiple recognized environmental conditions found in association with its previous use.

Former Use: The eastern portion of the property is developed with a former manufacturing facility with four buildings and associated paved parking and drives. Historically, the property has been used for industrial purposes. Specifically, from approximately 1965 to 2011 the property was a manufacturer of governors, pumps and other parts manufactured for agricultural equipment. The property is currently vacant. The western portion of the property consists of a grass covered lot and a lake that is enclosed within a chain-link fence. Multiple recognized environmental conditions were identified during the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) referenced below. There is potential for petroleum contamination associated with former USTs and a hydraulic unit at the facility. The property is listed in the UST database with four permanently out of service USTs.
