Former Use: It appears that the subject property was developed as cultivated cropland by 1937. The use of the subject property was unchanged through at least 1957. The subject property appears to have been undeveloped and grass covered by 1966. Approval for the construction of a 3-bay service station was granted by the city of White Bear Lake in 1967. The existing gasoline station/convenience store was constructed in 1968. The building has been vacant for approximately the past four years.
