Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property is identified as the Sandberg Parcel located southwest of Highway 12 W and Highway 25, Starkville, Mississippi, and consists of two parcels and portions of those two parcels totaling approximately 150 acres. The property is currently zoned for General Business (C-2) and Manufacturing (M-1). Standard and other historical sources were able to document that the subject property was formerly mixed use agricultural land (farming and cattle-grazing) with a structure in the southeast portion from at least 1952 until the structure was demolished between 1952 and 1965. We were unable todetermine occupancy of the former structure. The property remained mixed use agricultural land and portable residential structures were added to the southwest portion of the subject property between 1983 and 1992. The structures were removed from the property between 1996 and 2005. The majority of the subject property was logged for timber between 2007 and 2009. The property has been overgrown vacant land since that time.
