Planned future use is online vehicle sales with the facility used as an automotive photography studio for the photo shoots of classic vehicles in a secure environment.

Former Use: Standard and other historical sources were able to document the subject property was developed prior to 1937 with a residential dwelling in the western portion, and agricultural fields located throughout the remainder of the subject property. The dwelling was demolished and the central portion of the current building was constructed in 1967. Additions were constructed to the western portion in 1971, and the eastern portion in 1974. The subject property was occupied by a cosmetics company in at least 1966 (most likely associated with the former residential dwelling); various catering services from 1967 until 1988; Premium Air Systems from 1991 until 2000; various lighting companies from 2001 until 2003; Metal Drains, metal fabricating operation, from 2004 until 2008; Advance Chassis Dyno, a vehicle modification operation, from at least 2006 until 2008; and has been occupied by Michigan Motorz, with boat storage and motor service operations, since 2009.
