Additional Property Attributes

This project includes signification renovations and expansion to the existing building for use as a 6,500 square foot shopping center with completion slated for Spring 2015. Private investment is anticipated to total 2 million.

Former Use: Review of standard and historical sources documents the property was developed in at least 1940 with agricultural fields. Between 1964 and 1966, agricultural operations ceased and in 1966, the current building was constructed. The property was occupied by Initial Tool, a tooling and manufacturing company, from at least 1969 until 1991, was occupied by Michigan Laser, a laser sales and repair company, from 1993 to 2000, and has been vacant since 2004. A Phase II was conducted at the expense of the developer, which did not identify any contamination associated with the identified RECs.
