The bowling alley is located on the northern half of the property and asphalt parking area is located to the north, south and east of the bowling alley. The front of the bowling alley faces east towards North Park Avenue. The bowling alley consists of tan-colored concrete block and metal exterior with a flat roof. Plaza Bowl is painted in black on the exterior of the bowling alley, and a free-standing Plaza Bowl sign is located along the eastern property boundary across from the main entrance of the bowling alley.
