The underutilized on-site buildings have been demolished and the site has been restored and is now level and grass-covered. It will be held for commercial/industrial redevelopment. Costs for purchase and demolition are included in the 54 Leonard Wood site record.

Former Use: The property was part of the Fort Custer military base from at least 1918 through the 1940s, when it was developed with the existing industrial/commercial buildings.
