Additional Property Attributes

The City's Urban Renewal Authority purchased this property. This property is a key target for redevelopment. Remediation plans are in progress to cleanup PCE released on this site.

Former Use: Former uses include: car dealership, dry cleaners, gasoline station. Site remediation removed source materials, but still undergoing groundwater remediation; new technology approved in Sept. 2017. Site will be sold to developer for construction of commercial building when remediation is completed.
