Additional Property Attributes

As a result of the Phase I Assessment with grant funds, the owner who purchased the former PIE International property (also assessed and redeveloped as an outcome of using grant funds) was able to aquire this adjacent property. This will allow him to expand his current redevelopment on the former PIE parcel (Cycles R Us and commercial storage) onto this property.

Former Use: T&M performed a Property Assessment (PA) of the Briarwood Boulevard parcels (Property) adjacent to the former PIE International facility located at 333 Lake Road, Chippewa Lake, Ohio 44215. The Property consists of Medina County Auditor Parcel I.D. numbers 048-28A-04-107, 048-28A-04-108, and 048-28A- 04-109 and includes lots 508-510. The Property is zoned as being in the R-4 Medium Density Residential District. The property is currently vacant and grass covered. While the Property was historically part of the former PIE International, Inc. facility, located immediately to the east, no manufacturing or storage activities have ever been conducted on the Property.
