Additional Property Attributes

As a result of Phase II Assessment with grant funding, the property owner plans to redevelop the building for commercial leasing. Based on the preliminary results of the Phase II ESA, several tenants have been secured including ECM Chemical, who has moved in 10 jobs; ETN (fabricator) has also moved in 10 jobs; Invision waste, approximately 4 jobs; Society of the Handicapped has committed to use 5,000 square feet of office, approximately 20 additional jobs; Overall the project has sustained 25 jobs in Medina (construction site work). Overall over $1,000,000 in private funding has been leveraged to the building structure and surrounding infrastructure.

Former Use: The 5.82 acre site is improved with an approximately 110,00 square foot building. The site was reportedly developed with the original portion of the site building in the 1930s and according to the facility personnel, the site was occupied by a beverage distributiion company. However, the site address has historically been shared and is currently shared by several surrounding properties. From at least the 1950s, the site has been used for comercial printing purposes and was leased by Gowe Printing. In 1996, Gowe Printing and the site were purchased by Sullivan Graphics and in 1998, Color Graphics merged with Vertis Communications.
