Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: A dry cleaner was historically located at the site (DeSalles Clothes Cleaner - 1124 Broadway) from at least 1956 to 1959. The former presence of a dry cleaner at the site is considered a recognized environmental concern. The site was home to a Rally's Fast Food Chain Restaurant from mid 1990s to early 2000. The builing was demolished in 2013 and currently remains vacant. The results of the Phase II Assessment indicated the following soil-related conclusions: 1. No COCs were detected above the method detection limit and no COCs exceeded respective generic single chemical direct contact industrial/commercial or construction/excavation standards. The results of the Phase II assessment indicated the following groundwater-related conclusions: 2. Groundwater samples collected from all three monitoring wells on the Property meet the VAP generic Unrestricted Potable Use (UPUS) standards. No COCs were detected above the MDL. The Property is located within an Urban Setting Designation (USD).
