Former Use: This property was associated with a larger area of land that was developed for commercial and/or industrial use from at least 1884 to 1978. Use of the land by several lumber companies, a refining company and an agricultural cooperative for storage of petroleum products and other potentially hazardous substances, including agricultural chemicals, coal, fuel oil, inks, paints, solvents, etc. The property was developed with a building in 1978 by the former owner Cloverbelt Cooperative.
