Additional Property Attributes

The building will be refaced with brick along with an overall update to the appearance. Installation of new energy efficient roof and low e windows and doors along with updated electrical and HVAC for additional efficiency upgrades.

Former Use: Standard and other historical sources were able to document that the subject property was initially developed for agricultural purposes prior to 1940. The property was redeveloped with the current building, built in sections, between 1952 and 1967. The building has contained commercial operations consisting of retail sales, salon services, and general office activities since initial construction. A drop-off only drycleaner was located within the tenant space identified as 25100 from between 1982 and 1984 until between 2005 and 2006. No on-site drycleaner operations have been completed at the property.
