Additional Property Attributes

At the time of the reconnaissance, the Property consisted of approximately 0.27 acres of land developed with an approximately 5,800 square foot commercial building. The remainder of the Property was developed with paved parking, wooded area, and a portion of Wildcat Creek. The Property was located in a commercial district of downtown Kokomo.

Former Use: The Property was undeveloped in 1885, but developed with commercial gas operations by 1889 through at least 1945. Warehousing began at the Property by 1927. Commercial uses such as grocery, automobile garage, body shop, political headquarters, toy shop, automobile repair, wood/metal stripping, and catering were listed at various times from 1948 to 2013. Current uses include wood furniture stripping, production of metal d doors and windows, and storage.
