Additional Property Attributes

The property is an former retail gasoline facility with documented petroleum impacts to shallow groundwater. However, the site is in a State program that will not likely fund any assessment or cleanup in the foreseeable future. Additional sampling would be required to determine if impacts have attenuated in the last several years to a level that would be acceptable for montioring, or if the impacts remain at a level that will require remedial action. A Phase II ESA revealed dissolved-phase impacts, as well as a potential UST not previously identified as part of State-funded assessment. Prior to completion of the Phase II funded by EPA, the site became eligible for State-funded assessment. Results of the EPA-funded assessment were shared with the State's contractor, and no additional assessment was conducted utilizing EPA funds.
