The site was previously developed with a gas station. Current, the site is vacant and the buildings are set to be demolished.

Former Use: The site was previously occupied by a gas station, which reportedly had leaking underground storage tanks. Upon sampling, no constituents of concerns were identified above residential screening levels and the site was issued a letter of no further action by SCDHEC.
