Additional Property Attributes

Texas A&M University submitted a Targeted Brownfield Assessment application requesting a Phase I ESA to facilitate the sale of the property for used as a nature preserve with hiking trails and wildlife viewing platforms. This site has been transferred to Operator Cleanup at the RRC due to the valid lease the operator holds on the property and therefore the responsibility to investigate and remediate the contamination.
