Additional Property Attributes

The Site corridor is the paved street, which spans approximately 1,900 ft between Catawissa Ave. and 100 ft west of the centerline of North Reach Road, within the public legal Right of Way. The width of the legal ROW varies at the Site, ranging from approximately 50 ft wide near North Reach Road to approximately 70 feet wide near Catawissa Ave. A total of 21 properties composed of industrial properties, commercial businesses, residences, and empty lots are accessed from the Site. Following the Phase I, Reach Road was widened.
