Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Site is rectangular-shaped and comprised of 4.154 acres of undeveloped land zoned as vacant commercial. The site is vacant with no structures and consists of a grassy lot. Access to and from the Site is available from SchneiderRoad. The Site has been owned by Zyndorf/Serchuk Investment Company Ltd since 2011, prior to which the Site was owned by the University of Toledo Foundation and the Medical College of Ohio since 1974. According to the Site contact, Zyndorf/Serchuk has held a long term lease for the Site for approximately 15 years. According to historical aerial photographs, the Site has been farmland or undeveloped since at least 1940. The Phase 1 Environmental Assessment has revealed no recognized environmental concerns for the site.
