Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment and Limited Phase II Environmental Property Assessment for the property was completed under this grant. All of the soil samples taken under the Phase II met the applicable standards. One impact of bis(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate was marginally above UPUS standards in one of the groundwater samples. The City has begun the process to accept this property as a donation for use in conjunction with Patterson Park.

Former Use: The Property is owned by JJC Investments LLC. The Property is approximately 0.521 acres that is developed with a former warehouse building, built in 1953, that is currently unoccupied. The Property was originally occupied by residences dating back to the 1920's prior to the development of the warehouse. The warehouse was originally used as an auto repair shop containing a hydraulic lift.
