Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment for the property was completed under this grant. The assessment revealed no evidence of any recognized environmental conditions. The proposed plan is to acquire the property and work with a developer to redevelop the property in connection with the Goodyear Redevelopment Project.

Former Use: According to records maintained by the Summit County Auditor, YMCA of the Akron Ohio currently owns the property. The property consists of a large brick building approximately 24,000 square feet and constructed in 1950. The Site is currently not used year round, but is used for a YMCA summer day camp.
