Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Site is currently a vacant lot. Historically, Parcel -01 previously contained the Mohawk automobile service station at 427 C Street while Parcel -02 previously contained a single-family dwelling with frontage along Fifth Street. The service station buildings and dwelling were razed in the mid- l 990s. The automobile service station contained a service station building, three underground storage tanks (USTs) and an unknown number of fuel dispenser islands.
