Additional Property Attributes

Based on Phase I ESA completed in October 2014 (per ASTM E1527-13) additional assessment is recommeneded to determine if RECs (associated with adjacent land use and potential illicit dumping from that facility within subject property boundaries) have impacted the subject site. Very limited site access during the Phase I ESA (due to heavy vegetation and wet conditions) ruled out investigation into surface impacts. A limited Phase II ESA (limited due to restricted access - heavy vegetation and standing water) revealed no soil or groundwater impacts within the southwest corner of the site (area determined to be of most envronmental concern).

Former Use: Property has no known or recorded previous land use. The property's use code in County records is "vacant industrial."
