Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Historically, the site consisted of vacant land from at least 1942 until approximately 1984, when an apparent commercial structure with truck trailer parking was constructed on-site and was occupied by Modulaire Industries. By the early 1990s, Chemical Waste Management, Modulaire Industries and Waste Management occupied the site. In 1996, the former structure was demolished and the current structure was constructed.
