Additional Property Attributes

The property is currently a residence. A house is located on the northeast portion of the property, a detached garage is located to the south of the house, and a shed is located on the southwest portion of the property. The house is two-stories with a basement and has three bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a laundry room, and a screened-porch. At the time of the site reconnaissance, the former owner of the property and his daughter were moving his belongings out of the house. The garage and shed were used to store miscellaneous items. A three-sided wire fence is located on the southern portion of the property. The rest of the property consists of maintained grass, trees, and other vegetation. As of November 1, 2014, the house was demolished.

Former Use: The property is currently a residence. A house is located on the northeast portion of the property, a detached garage is located to the south of the house, and a shed is located on the southwest portion of the property. The Proposerty has been residential since 1839. The adjacent land owner was former Clark Store #686, which released petroleum hydrocarbons to the subsurface that have contaminated the soil and groundwater beneath the Property.
