Additional Property Attributes

The property is redeveloped into a 5 story apartment building with heated underground parking.

Former Use: The property was formerly comprised of three separate parcels which contained a former gasoline fueling station to the south, a convent and half way house to the southwest, and a restaurant/gasoline service station to the north. Based on information provided in historic Phase I environmental site assessments completed at two of the parcels, the southern portion of the property was occupied by a gas station for at least 45 years. In 1994, this gas station building was demolished and the property has been vacant since that time. The southwest portion of the property was used as a convent and half way house since the early 1960s. The convent building remains at the property but is currently vacant. The northern portion of the property was most recently used as a restaurant and prior to that a gasoline service station from 1951 to 1978.
