Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site was acquired by JZTB Realty, LLC in 1998 from Mill Creek Ventures. According to Neenah City Directories the property was residential up to the mid 1950s, then by 1965 it became used by the Marathon Employee Credit Union. By 1980 it had become part of the Jersild Knitting Company and used for knitting mill, office and retail space. Mill Creek Ventures acquired the property in 1989 until it was sold in 1998 and became the location of Custom Marine. The property is located adjacent to a railroad track and vacant strip of land which was formerly a railroad spur.
