Additional Property Attributes

The 200 acre site has been funded with ICDBG Grant funds for the development of a Tribal Youth Camp Site. The Camp Site has been planned for use as a commercial enterprise that will be leased throughout the year. The Youth Camp Project is a planned unit development project with three (3) Phase of development planned. As of 04/18/2018 We have completed Phase I with the construction of a 5,000 sq ft Dining/Activity Hall, Water Well, Water Tower, and a approx. 5 acre lake. Phase II has been funded from HUD ICDBG ($800,000) for the construction of Six (6)Cabins a bathhouse that will have showers, restrooms and a laundry area along with the construction of a Lakeside Pavilion.

Former Use: The subject property is a 200 acre site located approximately 3� miles east of the dam on Little River that impounds Lake Thunderbird and � mile east of the intersection of 192nd Avenue NE (Harrah Road) with Alameda Street (County Road E1240). Specifically, the project property is located in the E� NW�, W� NE�, & SE� NE� Section 36, T 9 N, R 1 E. Norman, (Little Axe), Cleveland County Okla. The History and Past Ownership of the land was the U.S. Government prior to the allotment to the Absentee Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma. The land consist of 200 acres of wooded areas
