Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The initial development of 922 Sixth Street predates the 1887 Sanborn Map which depicts the Site developed with an old shed, a portion of a paint shop, and a north/south trending railroad. By 1984, Racine Boat Manufacturing took over ownership of the building formerly labeled as a paint shop. Ownership of this building transferred again before 1908, at which time it was owned by J. I. Case Plow Works who used the property for lumber storage. By 1933, buildings were no longer present and only a railway was depicted on the property. The 922 Sixth Street property is currently vacant and is owned by Marquette Distribution Center, LLC.
