Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property was vacant, developed,and contained large piles of debris consisting of dirt, rock, and materials from a demolished commercial structure. The southwest area of the Property contained piles of debris related to the demolition;the northeast area of the Property contained piles of dirt and rock.We observed a chain link fence along the north Property boundary adjacent to the north residential alleyway. The east area of the Property was non-landscaped with sporadic patches of native vegetation. The center of the Property contained remnant concrete slabs and foundations. The topography was generally flat but did contain areas of depressions. The southwest area of the Property contained an intact wall that was not demolished.A pole-mounted transformer was observed on the northeast exterior of the Property We observed stained soils and indications of leakage from oil and paint canisters on the northwest portion of the Property.The presence of oil and paint-stained soil represents a recognized environmental condition (REC) for the Property.
