Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property was vacant and contained a concrete slab foundation and debris piles left over from the demolition of the former residence. The debris piles consisted of building material such as drywall, masonry blocks, wood, tile, insulation, along with furniture, appliances, and other household wares. Some of the wood framing and housewares appeared to be burned from a reported house fire. The demolished single-family residence was located on the north half of the Property. There was a masonry block wall along the north Property boundary,with and a chain-link fence along the east, south, and west Property boundary. There was a concrete slab on the east side of the Property, south of the former residence. The remainder of the Property contained a gravel driveway to the south of the former residence and a few trees and bushes along the perimeter.
