Additional Property Attributes

The Property is comprised of two parcels of land totaling 0.11 acre, and is located at the northeast corner of Northland Drive and East Jefferson Street in the Village of Stanwood. The Property was developed with a vacant, two-story building, gravel or paved parking areas, and landscaped areas.

Former Use: The Property was developed with a two-story, rectangular building with an approximately 2,100 square-foot footprint prior to 1938, the date of earliest available historical information. The first use(s) of the building are unknown, but the building was used from approximately 1978 until approximately 2008 as the Bauman�s Party Store (Bauman�s); the second-floor was used as an apartment. Bauman�s also operated as a retail gasoline filling station, and reportedly conducted automobile repair, during that time. The building has been unoccupied since Bauman�s vacated the building in 2008.
