The subject properties are two commercial buildings, the Brown Building and the Gym. The Brown Building is currently used for offices by the Kickapoo Tribe. There is also a water lab and a conference room in the building. The Gym was cleaned up with EPA funds in the year 2017-2020. The rooms in the Gym have previously been used for storage, but most items have been damaged by water or moisture. The subject properties are located to the east of State Highway 102, approximately 2.25 miles north of the intersection of State highway 270 and highway 102 in McLoud, Oklahoma.
