Additional Property Attributes

The subject property consists of approximately 4.68 acres of land developed as a car dealership and service facility with an adjoining large paved parking area located in Daytona Beach, Volusia County, Florida. The surrounding area is predominantly developed with a mixture of residential and commercial properties. Vehicular access to the subject property is obtained from one access point located on the south central boundary that connects to Mason Avenue.

Former Use: The subject property consists of approximately 4.68 acres of land developed as a car dealership and service facility with an adjoining large paved parking area located in Daytona Beach, Volusia County, Florida. The subject property was not in use at the time of the site visit and is currently for sale. No obvious indications of potential land use prior to the current layout were observed during the recent site visit.Both parcels of the site are owned and managed by MMR Holdings, LLC located in McLean, Virginia.
