Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property currently includes one structure housing a restaurant, nightclub and parking lot. The Property was developed as early as the late 1800s and housed a number of different businesses including a gas station and several auto repair garages from the 1930s to at least the 1970s. Contamination was detected at the former gas station property in 2000 and a leaking underground storage tank case (LUST) was opened (BRRTS# 03-72-258359). Case closure was granted of the LUST case in 2008. Based on closure of the LUST case concern over past use of petroleum compounds is minimized however a preliminary review of the WDNR LUST case file showed a lack of volatile organic compounds analysis other than petroleum based volatile organic compounds.
