Property Highlights

The approximately 3.95 acre Site is currently operated by the Pajama Factory LLC as a mixed use commercial space, exhibition areas, non-profit factory workspaces, and work/art studios. Much of the space is vacant and not renovated; approximately 35% of the total space of the Pajama Factory is utilized in the form of work/art studios, commercial shops (i.e. coffee shop, bicycle shop, custom bakery, cabinet makers, print and design company, organic garden center etc.), and non-profit factory (a wood working shop).

Former Use: The approximately 3.95 acre Site is currently operated by the Pajama Factory LLC as a mixed use commercial space, exhibition areas, non-profit factory workspaces, and work/art studios. Historically, the Site operated as a rubber (shoe) factory from about 1883 to 1951. From 1951 to 1984, the Site operated as a pajama and clothing manufacturer. The Site was owned by the Lycoming City Industrial Development Authority from 1984 to 1988. From 1988 to 2007, the Site was owned by Raymond P. and Jana Smith and operated as "Raytown", housing restaurants and nightclubs. The Site was purchased by the current owner in 2007.
