Additional Property Attributes

The Former Myers Auto Parts (the �Site�) is an approximately 0.13 acre parcel located at 1 N. Main St. / 7 N. Main St., Muncy Borough, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania in a commercial area in the center of Muncy Borough. The Site is described by the Lycoming County Tax Assessor as UPI Number 39-002-227 and Tax Parcel Number 39,002.0-0227.00-000, is zoned as commercial, and is currently owned by Muncy Borough. The Former Myers Auto Parts was in operation for over 60 years, starting sometime prior to 1944 until 2006. The Site was sold to Muncy Borough in May 2015. The Site formerly included two adjoining buildings at the corner of N. Main St.and E. Water St. According to the Sanborn Maps, the structures at the Site are in the same location with a similar footprint from 1885. Attached to the rear of 1 N. Main St. was a small addition formerly utilized as a barbershop on the street level. A renovated apartment unit of 1 N. Main St. was located in the space above the barbershop. According to the Sanborn Maps, this addition was constructed sometime between 1916 and 1927. The Site was sold to Muncy Borough in May 2015. By early 2016, all buildings at the Site were demolished.
