Additional Property Attributes

This property was formally the location of the Joan Fabrics facility, a manufacturer of wove white goods. Operations at the site ceased in 1995. The Phase I ESA revealed no evidence of RECs in connection with the site except: The gasoline release from the A-1 Superette gas station located approximately 350 feet northwest of the site and its potential impact to the onsite groundwater

Former Use: The site is the location of the former Joan Fabrics facility. The site has been developed as a fabrics manufacturing facility since at least 1961. Prior to that the site contained one dwelling. Currently the site is vacant and has remained that way since operations ceased at the site in 1995. Joan Fabrics went bankrupt in 2007.
