Additional Property Attributes

After the Ph. I was completed, the City of Toledo acquired this property and demolished the building in hopes of future expansion from the Jeep automotive plant across the street.

Former Use: The building on the property is being used for game/arcade storage. Miscellaneous parts and repair tools, aerosol paints were located in the work bench area. No drains, concrete stains, or tanks were observed at the property. The asbestos survey reported approximately 20 LF of RACM in the furnace room which was abated before demolition. 2018 - Fiat Chrysler Automobiles consultant (Arcadis) completed a hybrid Phase I / II and identified one soil boring referred to SB-11 located on this property. The analytical data indicated chemicals of concern that exceeded US EPA Regional Screening Levels at a depth of four to five feet below ground surface. 2019 - Hull & Associates, Inc. performed a delineation of these chemical of concerns from SB-11 and now plans to further assess or remediate the soil in the area of SB-11. The additional assessments will be performed on 3818 Twining property (former Medcorp property) starting March 2020.
