Additional Property Attributes

The Site is a former industrial textile complex that manufactured narrow fabrics and braided, knitted and woven decorative trimmings; this company was known as Trimtex. The factory has not been in operation since the early 2000s. 421 High Street contained a series of residences from the early 1900s until around 1950, when the industrial buildings were constructed. By 1958, the building had been expanded to its current size and was also home to Assembled Products of Williamsport, Inc. The 421 High Street parcel was used for Trimtex Inc. by the mid-1960s. The property was purchased by Amoma LLC in February 2016. Phase II was initiated but not completed - new owner did not want Phase II. Future site use is not known.
