Property Highlights

Former Use: The Marysville Power Plant went into operation in 1922, and had boiler additions in 1930, 1943, and 1947. The power plant was in operation until 2001, and had eight boilers and a capacity to generate 200 MW of power at the time it was closed. The power plant was owned/operated by the DTE Electrical Company until 2014, when it was purchased by CDC Marysville, LLC.
