A real estate firm intends to purchase the property and invest in improvements for a new roof, exterior upgrades, landscaping, and interior updates etc. Property transaction occurred and redevelopment is complete.

Former Use: Standard and other historical sources were able to document that the subject property was originally developed for residential purposes prior to 1913, which included the construction of a private garage in the southeastern portion of the property. The garage was demolished by 1930 and the property remained vacant land until the current building was constructed in the central portion of the property in 1955. Former occupants included various office tenants from initial construction until 2014. The building is currently unoccupied.
