Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property is currently occupied by Ben�s Fine Furniture which has been at this location since 1948. The site previously was used for other retail operations (Montgomery Ward, hardware stores). The property is reported to have been developed as early as 1887, being used by operations that appear to have sold farm implements, carriage stock, bicycles, and provided related services. The building is a 100-year-old building and is reported to be the first concrete poured structure in America. Continued use of the building will preserve this historic structure.
