Former Use: The subject property is located on the northwest corner of Dove Street and 16th Street, on approximately 6.4 acres and contains an approximate 76,640 square feet vacant manufacturing building constructed in 1966. It was most recently occupied by The Crown Group (Crown Group) from 1996 until 2009. Crown Group conducted electro coating and powder coating of metal parts for the automobile industry. Prior to Crown Group, the subject property was occupied by various plating and milling companies.
