Additional Property Attributes

Property is a historical residence that has been used as a funeral home since the late 1950's. Historical on-site activities may have included embalming. In addition, structural additions may have covered evidence of historic heating oil tanks and/or a septic system. The potential subsurface impacts related to embalming fluids and heating oil are RECs per ASTM E1527-13. A Phase II ESA completed in 2015 revealed no soil or groundwater impacts above regulatory cleanup criteria.
