Additional Property Attributes

The property contained an active community center (no RECs associated with that land use) and a former public works facility that was also historically used as a fire station. The former uses offer the potential for subsurface impacts related to mechanical work that was conducted there. The potential is identified as an REC per ASTM E1527-13. A Phase II ESA completed in September 2015 found an arsenic impact in soil near the northwest corner of the study area above regulatory criteria. No groundwater impacts were found above regulatory cleanup criteria.

Former Use: Community Center, Fire Station, Public Works Facility (municipal land use)
