Additional Property Attributes

This former retail gas station had previously-identiifed impacts addressed by FDEP funded assessment. However, during a recent tank closure at this site, additional impacts may have been discovered. Funding is not currently available from FDEP to address these impacts. This significant data gap is an REC per ASTM E1527-13. A Phase II ESA completed in October 2015 revealed both soil and groundwater impacts (TRPH in soil, Isopropylbenzene in groundwater) above regulatory cleanup criteria.
