Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site is composed of four individual tracts. It was historically utilized for cropland and orchards from at least the 1930s to the early 1960s, when H & H Foods moved to the site. Review of photographs and maps indicated that the site was undeveloped until the 1960s. The site was developed with, at the time of the 2014 Phase I: the former rendering plant, warehouse, guard shack, processing plant, and parts maintenance storage building. The former processing plant was an approximate 100,000-square foot, single story tilt-wall and cinderblock structure, which occupied the central portion of the combined four tracts. All structures at the site were demolished by December 2014.
